Over the course of 13 days together is also very much a comprehensive training developed for the avid students and teachers interested in learning the core physical aspects of the practice of Yin Yoga, in order to teach the practice and consciously guide Yoga Nidra.

This 100Hr Yin and Yoga Nidra Training Program, accredited by Yoga Alliance as YACEP, is designed for both Practitioners and Teachers who want to dive deeper into the teachings and wisdom of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

Breakdown of Yoga Nidra

  • A detailed look at each stage of the practice; the intention behind it and how it affects the body and mind.
  • How to adapt your teaching for different students
  • Basic science of Yoga Nidra.
  • Brainwaves, Basic anatomy of the brain, states of consciousness
  • History & Philosophy
  • Learn how to create and guide yoga nidra scripts that are authentic and transmit a deep state of pure awareness.
  • Learn how to create restorative postures, creating a safe space, self care, creativity, voice and pacing.
